We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior International Resourcing Business Partner

Location: Nigeria (it can be based in any country where Crown Agents have an office)

Main Job Purpose

  • The International Resourcing & Mobilisation (IRM) team is the focal point for all sourcing, recruitment and contracting of bought-in project expertise contractors/Associates), and their subsequent mobilisation onto our projects worldwide.

Main Responsibilities
Project resourcing:

  • Responsible for attending pipeline management meetings to capture and understand resourcing requirements and establish the priority to be assigned to resourcing requests in conjunction within your aligned Business Cluster area
  • Responsible for partnering with project teams and advising project teams on resourcing and contracting options
  • Determine whether the project requirements necessitate an Employment or Contractor solution
  • Define and calculate the cost base (to include Employer Social security and statutory employment costs) associated with Employment and Contractor solutions and ensure they are budgeted for in the bid submission
  • Understand when to involve Employer of Record solutions
  • Responsible for maintaining and contributing to a resource/project demand tracker
  • Responsible for participating in post bid/award meetings
  • Responsible for searching and screening the suitability of contractor, and preparing a short-list of suitable candidates for a specific project opportunity; ensuring they meet key requirements outlined by the Business
  • Responsible for determining and understanding if any existing relationships exist with contractors by reviewing data in Lumesse
  • Responsible for determining if a particular role should be advertised externally in conjunction with the Business and the HR Business Partner, and for preparing job adverts
  • Responsible for ensuring Proposal packages and due diligence processes have been completed as necessary
  • Responsible for assisting project teams with selection interviews and assessment of contractors
  • Responsible for negotiating rates with contractors in co-ordination with relevant proposals and project teams
  • Responsible for ensuring that proposal packages are drafted and agreed in line with current contracting policies
  • Responsible for ensuring contracts are issued based on information submitted by the Business

About you
Database management:

  • Responsible for ensuring that contractor data and documentation received is maintained in the Lumesse system (e.g., rates, updated CVs)
  • Responsible for setting up engagements and maintaining the status of activities throughout the sourcing process in the system
  • Associate Consultant Group (ACG)
  • Responsible for the management of the ACG
  • Manage the nomination and confirmation process and ensure the appropriate contractual basis of engagement is maintained
  • Create webinars and newsletters to maintain corporate contact with the group throughout the year
  • Send out email communications to the group relating to CA corporate announcements.

Qualifications

  • A level standard or equivalent working experience

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in resourcing in an international development/not for profit/charity context is desirable.
  • Team/stakeholder management experience.
