We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Receives and review applications, manage interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for clients.
  • Requesting references, guarantors and verifying the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strateg
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/social media et
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media et
  • Screen candidates resumes and job application
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule timefram
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practice
  • Act as a point of contact and build candidates relationship during the selection process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification
  • 2 – 5 years of work experience
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment officer (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter
  • Ability to conduct different types of interview
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc
  • Familiarity with HR databases either software or MS Exce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong decision making skills.

Remuneration
50,000 Monthly plus commission.
