Job Description
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

- Oversee day-to-day operation.
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
- Motivate team members.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

- Suggest and organize team building activities.
- Applicants must Reside in Lagos.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 – 5 years work experiences.
Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 / month.
