Job Description
- Preparation of account receivables and payables
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Accounts
- Preparation of Staff Payroll
- Preparation of VAT, personal income tax, withholding tax
- Preparation of Statement of Profit or Loss and other Comprehensive Income
- Preparation of Statement of Financial Position for the Company
- Preparation of Cash report that assist management in timely planning.
- Preparation of Staff Payroll.
- Monitoring of receivables on regular basis.
- Analysis of expenses in relation to budgets and reporting on variances.
- Preparation of financial statement reports accounts presentable for the use of clients, investors, government and other stakeholders using electronic accounting packages.
- Reconciliation of banks accounts.
