S-TEE Cambridge College – This is the Cambridge Arm of the Mainstream school (S-TEE Schools). Our students are tutored on the British Curriculum and Nigerian Curriculum in preparation for their Cambridge Examinations. We are located in Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos State. We work with highly trained educators, who most times are British Council certified.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Canteen Assistant & Administrative Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • The job responsibilities and duties of Canteen Assistant and Administrative Supervisors will vary to some degree from one employer to another, but the basic responsibility for most is to assist serving of students meals and sales of items in the school cafeteria and supervision of the students and timetable operations.

To meet this responsibility, Canteen Assistants and Administrative Supervisors may perform the following administrative services:

  • Oversee daily duties of teachers to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed.
  • Assist serving of students meals and sales of items in the cafeteria.
  • Keep a close eye on students to ensure they are in their appropriate locations at the right time.
  • Constant supervision of students, to ensure no loitering.
  • Inspection and Random checks of students to ensure they are obeying all school rules and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence and other documents using a database or word processing.
  • Work with other supervisors/ the canteen supervisor to ensure all expected duties are carried out effectively and well.
  • Implement company or departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standards
  • Maintain records, including inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 3 – 15 years relevant work experience.
