About the Job
- The Head of Business Development will be responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the Company’s overall operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the Company is operating securely and efficiently.
- Monitoring and projecting staff needs.
- Develop and monitor performance benchmarks for different departments.
- Develop and implement growth strategies.
- Research and identify Growth opportunities
- Manage and Motivate staff.
Qualifications
- A Degree in Business Management or a related field is required.
- 5-7 years of proven work experience in Business and General Management.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Great Organization skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly Proactive.
- Sufficient Knowledge of different business functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must reside within Lekki and environs.
