Job Title: Human Resources Personnel

Location: Ojodu – Berger, Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time
Office Hours: Mondays – Fridays (9.00 am – 6.00 pm daily)

Job Summary

  • We are hire a Human Resource Personnel, for full-time role. The HR Personnel plans, directs, and coordinates the administrative and personnel functions of the organization.
  • They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring and firing new/old staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization’s management and its employees.

Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce to best use employees’ talents.
  • Link an organization’s management with its employees.
  • Plan and oversee employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Serve as a consultant with other managers advising them on human resources issues, such as equal employment opportunity, employee engagement, sexual harassment, etc.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff.
  • Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
  • Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
  • Payroll administration for all staff of the company.

Qualification and Experience

  • Average of 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Human Resource Personnel
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree is an added advantage) in Human Resources or another field, such as Finance, Business Management, Education, or Information Technology.

Skill Requirements:

  • Understanding of human resources programs, such as compensation and benefits plans; human resources software; and federal, and state employment laws.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Package – Word, Excel.
  • Excellent Problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills at various levels
  • Astute managerial Skills to manage a large workforce.
  • Ability to make Analytical and Research-based decision
  • A highly emotionally intelligent quotient
  • Ability to work and deliver under pressure.
