Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Job Description

  • Customer services representatives will provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer’s accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • He/she must be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. love to talk and understand the value of good communication and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads, identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction build sustainable relationships and trust with customers accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Follow communication procedures, guildlines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage with customers.
  • Handle customer’s complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, folow up to ensure the resolution

Requirements and Skills

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Degree with relevant work experience.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
