Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative / Telesales Representative

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective account management to selected Accounts, maximizing revenues, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Support other internal teams to achieve growth & retention targets.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BA / B.Sc degree or equivalent advantage.
  • 0 – 3 years sales management experience.
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Track record of over-achieving target.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience of developing relationships internally and externally.
