Job Description

  • We are actively seeking a Graphic Artist to join our team, working with high-profile cooperate and commercial clients to implement communications strategies to align with their overarching business goals.
  • The Graphic Artist will create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media outlets and clients.
  • The candidate should demonstrate tactical proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Corel draw.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Lightroom and Aftereffects would be an added advantage.
  • You will be involved in the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, videos and photos.
  • You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of branding materials, websites, and marketing tools.
  • A good Graphic Artist must have a natural eye for design and color and design imaginative content that effectively resonates with their audience.
  • They also have to use different marketing tools to create beautiful work according to their customers’ needs.
  • Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

Responsibilities

  • Produce visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers.
  • Design creative content for online campaigns, print ads, websites, and videos.
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Work with copywriters and account managers to produce final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
  • Using creativity and artistic techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form
  • Researching industry trends and developments and learning new applications
  • Input throughout the design stages (Post Concept Design Stage)
  • Act as the Project Stakeholders point of contact for design related issues.
  • Act as the project’s design coordinator and contributes (fully or partially) to the overall design management activities.
  • Responsible for the project and resource planning for the project and report project needs to senior team members. (Including coordination)
  • Carry-out independent design reviews for all types of projects. (All disciplines)
  • Monitor and Facilitate initiatives to develop design manuals, standard design documents, presentations, etc. to increase efficiencies, knowledge and awareness across the wider art and design community.

  • Impeccable communication skills, taking direction, creativity, organizational skills.
