We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer M / F

Reference: 2023-29381
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Contract type: Fixed-term-contract
Contractual hours: Full time
Contract duration: 24 Months

Job Responsibilities
Operations:

• Understanding and implementing designs from technical drawings
• Interacting with contractors and customers using verbal and written communication
• Making presentations to clients and coworkers
• Attending company meetings
• Creating product documentation and records
• Preparing cost estimates for customers and other employees
• Inspecting electrical components during and after the product installation

Profile

• Candidates should possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering; MSc is a plus
• Proven expertise as an electrical and instrumentation/telecom engineer
• Hands-on experience using design, calculation, drafting and modelling software
• Deep knowledge of electrical and instrumentation construction and installation processes and work package development
• Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
• Problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Candidate criteria:

• Minimum level of experience required: 3 years or more
• Languages: English (D-Full professional proficiency)

Required authorisations:

• Electrical habilitation
• Engineering registration (added advantage)
