Job Title: Collection Officer
Location: Ladipo, Mushin – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Reviewing the company debtor list.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
- Negotiating suitable payment plans.
- Maintaining customer payment records.
- Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
- Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
- Responding to customer queries.
Qualifications
- NCE / OND / HND / B.Sc
Minimum Requirements & Key Skills:
- A minimum of 1 year job experience
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Energetic with a passion for customer service
- Must be Computer literate.
- Have an ability to influence and collaborate with a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the confidence to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Candidates that lives around Mushin, Surulere -Lagos state and its Environs

Remuneration
- Basic salary: N60,000 Monthly.
Performance Bonus:
