Job Description
- We’re looking for an experienced Financial Operations Manager with a passion for optimizing product performance and a keen understanding of the savings and stock markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive user growth and engagement for our financial products through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth user analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product optimization and customer satisfaction improvement.
- Perform data analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark our financial products against industry trends and identify areas for improvement and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless product operations and excellent user experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in internet product operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, including an understanding of the savings and stock trading markets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience in user analysis, competitor analysis, and user research.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
