Job Brief
- We are seeking to recruit a proactive Human Resources Officer with minimum of one year experience to join their team.
Responsibilities
You’ll be Great if:
- You proactively support operation managers and staff as the first point of contact for any HR queries
- You are highly organized, career driven and looking for your next long term job role
- You maintain personnel records to ensure accurate information is available at all times
- You undertake the on-boarding of new recruits including preparing relevant documentation
- You support all HR administrative processes such as attendance, leave and employee wellbeing
- You help promote a professional and friending working environment
- You act in accordance with food and agro products policies, processes, and procedures
- You deliver assigned duties as may be required.
The Person
- Minimum of OND in any Business-related field
- At least 1+ years’ experience working in related role
- Someone hardworking, trustworthy & genuine.
