We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Country Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the company’s financial sales target.
  • Management of presale and sale activities.
  • Responsible for following existing leads and opening new potential markets for products.
  • Foster relationship with clients to create seamless hand-off to after sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned financial sales target for the territories/ regions identified.
  • Develop a target achievement strategy for the sales/ presales team.
  • Liaise and negotiate with high-ranking public and private sector staff.
  • Close deals and sign sale and maintenance contracts with customers.
  • Actively engage with OEM on specification, updates and the required support.
  • Frequent travel as required within identified market territories.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate Degree in related field. Engineering Degree / background would be an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Minimum of 10 years overall sales in hardware or software sales of which at least 3 years in leadership role.
  • Experience in pipeline development and go-to-market planning and execution.
  • Experience working with Government at State and Federal levels.
  • Ability to develop, coach and motivate sales team.
  • A pro-active result-driven self-starter who can operate individually and as part of a team.
  • Experience with direct sales and distribution management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in multiple local dialects would be advantageous.
