  • We are looking out to hire a creative and proactive Social Media Strategist that will be responsible for growing our online presence across different social media channels.
  • The ideal person for this role should be able to express the company’s vision clearly and creatively on all social media channels and be responsible for maintaining brand consistency by creating and implementing social media strategies that are in line with branded content.

Job Description

  • Design and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing targets.
  • Managing, creating and publishing original, high-quality, and SEO-driven content on social platforms.
  • Discuss and develop strategies for content optimization and improved web traffic.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Stay up to date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.
  • Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.
  • Collaborate and communicate with writers and designers to ensure content is appealing and informative for the reader.
  • Administering all company social media accounts to ensure up-to-date content.
  • Define KPIs for significant social media presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role in the Technology and Hospitality industry.
  • An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them.
  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness.

2.) Video Production Content Specialist

Job Location: Lagos (Remote)
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a creative, passionate all-round Video Expert to join our Lagos, Nigeria team in planning, shooting, designing and editing audio-visual content that will help grow Cavista by attracting and retaining the best and the brightest tech talent.

What You Will Do

  • Shoot and Edit videos for Marketing and other departments as assigned in a timely manner.
  • Create videos that authentically capture the Cavista culture.
  • Coordinate and/or implement the capture and maintenance of a repository of footage of all local Cavista events and activities.
  • Creation of motion-graphics “explainer” and information videos
  • Work with Talent Brand Marketing and Employer Brand Marketing teams to come up with fresh and creative video ideas.
  • Assist with Culture & Branding to further enhance and tell our story
  • Be part of diverse, dynamic global teams collaborating on creative and innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate with other teams in creating strategy, execution and production of visual content.
  • Provide creative and technical support for the creation of promotional videos for Axxess solutions, services, and company culture, and the creation of educational training videos for our solutions.
  • Assist in the management of the Cavista YouTube channel, systematically growing the audience.
  • Assist with video project planning and storyboarding that will meet the project objective.
  • Maintain current knowledge of audio and video technologies and trends that will support Cavista’s growth and ultimately Axxess’ strategic plan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Communications or any other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production.
  • Experience in use of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After-Effects, Premiere), required. ding scripting, producing and editing).
  • Good understanding of technical requirements.
  • Experience delivering content across social media, YouTube and other media channels.
  • Strong shooting and editing skills.
  • Good knowledge of Composition, layout and typography.

3.) Product Manager

Job Location: Lagos (Remote)

Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire experienced Product Managers that will work closely with the engineering, client experience, and sales team to guide products from conception to launch.
  • Maximize the value of the product and co-own the vision of the product with the Product Director & Executive Leadership Team.
  • The ideal candidate must have a bias toward action and the ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Job Description

  • Co-own the vision and definition of the product with the Executive Leadership.
  • Develop and communicate product strategy to executive leadership, engineering leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer’s needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.
  • Develop and document market and competitive intelligence (e.g. market sizing, analysis of competitor financials). Track regulatory changes and deadlines.
  • Responsible for educating internal and external customers on product features and releases.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Engineering and other teams to translate problem statements into product needs.
  • Develop requirement documents, and mockups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.
  • Present upcoming feature requirements and mock-ups to executive and engineering leadership.
  • Measure adoption and utilization of all features, products and services to determine business value to customers and the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Home Care, Healthcare, or Medical Devices, highly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, highly preferred.
