Job Title: Inventory Analyst

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Analysis:

  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels, aging inventory, and stock movements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and stock outs.

Data Entry:

  • Enter inventory-related data accurately and in real time into the inventory management system.
  • Verify and update product information, quantities.
  • Raise internal requisitions when stock is low.

Inventory Reporting:

  • Generate regular inventory reports, such as stock status reports, aging reports,and consumption reports.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management or other stakeholders.
  • Assist in presenting inventory findings and recommendations to inventory manager and operations department.

Inventory Management Support:

  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient stock management.
  • Assist in conducting periodic physical inventory counts and reconciling variances.
  • Support the implementation of inventory control processes and procedures.

Data Validation and Quality Assurance:

  • Review and validate data entered into the inventory system for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Assist in maintaining data integrity by adhering to data entry standards and procedures.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in inventory management and data entry tasks.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

 

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As a Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a reliable supply chain, cost-effective procurement, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Your ability to source reliable suppliers, negotiate favorable contracts, and collaborate with various stakeholders will contribute to the overall success of the kitchen’s operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supplier Sourcing and Selection:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct market research, and establish strong relationships with reliable vendors who can provide quality ingredients, raw materials, and other inventory items required for the kitchen.

Negotiation and Contract Management:

  • Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, high-quality products, and favorable payment and delivery terms.
  • Regularly review and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments as needed.

Procurement Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, plans, and schedules based on production requirements, demand forecasts, and inventory needs.
  • Coordinate with the inventory manger and chefs, to understand their needs and ensure timely procurement.

Supplier Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong and collaborative relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues, managing performance, and driving continuous improvement in supplier quality, delivery, and responsiveness.

Cost and Budget Management:

  • Monitor and control procurement costs, analyze spending patterns, identify opportunities for cost savings and value optimization without compromising quality.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including potential disruptions, quality issues, and changes in market conditions
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted supply and minimize potential disruptions to kitchen operations.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and food safety requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and supplier documentation.
  • Collaborate with the inventory manager and compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the inventory management team, chefs, operations team, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, align procurement activities, and support overall kitchen operations.
  • Provide input and insights to help optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve overall efficiency.

 

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (Storekeeper)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day central store operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and issuing of stock to the sub-store (Kitchen store).
  • Monitor and track the movement of inventory within the central to optimize storage space and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and communicate timely to the data management team.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliation to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
  • Oversee the unloading of stock, verifying quantities received, and ensuring proper handling and storage of stock.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations within the central store, ensuring that all team members follow proper procedures for handling and storing goods.
  • Comply with food safety standards, hygiene practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and take corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Continuously evaluate store operations and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Implement measures to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce errors.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2+ years relevant work experience.
