Responsibilities

  • Designing and overseeing all aspects of our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
  • Planning and managing our social media platforms.
  • Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences;
  • Design and layout of materials for internal communications and engagement with our board of directors;
  • Design and layout of essential business materials (e.g. business cards, presentations);
  • Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data;
  • Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction;
  • Assist team in developing and executing communications plans;
  • Provide technical support for design related efforts;
  • Optimize graphics content for social media platforms;

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a relevant field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields;
  • Minimum of 3 years related professional experience in a production environment;
  • Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images;
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills;
  • Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, DropBox, and G Suite;
  • Familiarity with best practices for graphics on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram);
  • Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues;
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;

  • Our client who is in urgent need of a motivated and enthusiastic Surveyor with knowledge / experience in Real Estate valuation and other Assets Valuation.
  • As an Asst. Estate surveyor, you will be assisting in Property Survey, Generating Estate Valuation Report, handling clients Property Accounts, Managing Property, Rental Administration, Sales and Letting of Real Estate and other Assets.
