Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualification

  • BSc / Master’s Degree in Marketing, and others
  • Must have worked in a similar position.

Performance Qualities:

  • Must be a core business driver/managing businesses for success
  • Must be an ethical and transparent business-minded person
  • Proving track record for growing an organization.
  • A great manager of relationships with top executives
  • A great manager of relationships with subordinate

Experience Requirement:

  • Not less than 10 years experience working for the growth and development of an organization.
  • Retiring as a general manager (business development or marketing) in the last one or two years is an added advantage.

Age requirements:

  • Strictly 45 years and above.

Skills Require:

  • Must be super versatility in information technology and all social media platforms
  • Basic knowledge of the front end and back end will be an added advantage.
  • Ability, agility, and innovation will seriously count

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly. (Subject to negotiation, not exceeding N300,000 per month).

 

 

 

Job Title: Media Relations Officer (MRO)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief
Your primary job roles are as stated below:

  • Manage day-to-day media relations/media requests for brand and corporate issues.
  • Develop written materials including press releases, Q&A, media standby statements on the brand and corporate issues as required.
  • Serve as editor.
  • Lead responsibility for daily News Briefs process.
  • Developing, implementing and measuring external and internal Media based communication plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing and subject matter experts in a timely manner to determine appropriate media responses via various channels.
  • Build relationships with key media contacts and identify opportunities to proactively pitch brand and corporate stories through social media outlets as appropriate.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs to support brand building initiatives/innovation/corporate promotions.
  • Provide guidance and direction to PR agency partners and review all Brand PR materials to ensure communication is accurate, relevant and consistent.
  • Provide guidance to ensure coordination and communication of messages/news to both internal and external audiences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of media programs and communicate results back to business.
  • Develop and implement online communications strategy ensuring alignment with internal communications strategy and that it includes day-to-day content development strategy and functional enhancements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications and report results back to business.
  • And any other responsibilities or duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, with major in Print Journalism. Advanced Journalism certificate from recognized institution is an added advantage.
  • Practicing Journalist with 5 years’ experience, reporting business, Finance and economy whose stories has been constantly published by main stream media organization.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with strong writing and editorial abilities.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet, wire services, media monitoring software, and other public relation tools.
  • Demonstrated success with Social Media tools such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and others.
  • Must possess strong project management skills.
  • Age: 35 years and above.

Job Title: Web / Database Management Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Applicant must be a holder of a good Degree in Computer Science.
  • Must be a frontend and Backend developer
  • Must have at least 2 years work experience in website design, hosting, maintenance and updating, management of database, programming, among others.
  • Applicant must have a developers licence ID or a developers certification ID
  • Must have knowledge in computer applications both software and hardware
  • Applicant must be extra ordinary versatile in setting up and maintenance of existing Webinar – based ELearning Platform, coordinating and managing visual discussion platform for all NICA meetings and conferences with all its members, must be knowledgeable in relationship interface with Google, Mailchimp, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Should be ready to work on Saturday if need be.
  • And all matters relating to IT needs of the Institute.

Salary
N120,000 Monthly (subject to review based on productivity).
