Job Title: Inventory Officer
Location: Lekki / Orchid Road / Osapa – Lagos
Job Description
- Receive, store & issue stocks
- Record and track stock levels.
- Maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems.
- Daily report of inventories/stock levels to the Inventory Manager.
- Check supplies against invoice and purchase orders.
- Monitor distribution of inventories.
- Involve in the reconciliation of physical stock with the stock on the system.
- Supervise the offloading process, and the subsequent arrangement of materials so that they can be easily accessed and identified.
- Maintain good relations with the suppliers.
- Oversee the proper arrangement of inventory at different unit.
- Ensure proper documentation of items received and issued out at intervals.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 1 – 4 years work experience.
Job Title: Retail Floor Supervisor
Location: Lekki / Orchi Road / Osapa London, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing sales representatives, cashiers, and other support staff members.
- Perform performance evaluation for staff members supervised.
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Investigating market trends and offering products that would appeal to customers.
- Manage all customers’ requests, comments, and complaints and escalate where necessary.
- Motivating employees to achieve targets.
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
- Ensure that a clean ambience of the outlet is maintained all through the day.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND or B.Sc Degree with 2 – 4 years relevant experience.
- Demonstrable experience in a supervisory capacity at a retail store, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of products and consumer trends, and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience from a Logistics Company and being tech savvy will be added advantages.
