We are to recruiting fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Executive

Location: Lagos
Department/Unit: Finance/Receivables
Reports to (title): Head of Finance
Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm

Purpose
A brief overview of the role:

  • Processing of Invoices and Posting of Bank inflows for  B2B, B2C, Retail Stores and Virtual Stores.

Key Duties

  • Invoices sales orders for all B2B and B2C transactions.
  • Generates pick and pack/invoicing of sales orders for all virtual stores.
  • Processes and invoices sales orders for allocated retail stores.
  • Processes and invoices return orders for all B2B and B2C
  • Generating of daily sales report for all B2B, B2C and virtual stores.
  • Monitoring and posting of all B2B, B2C and virtual stores bank inflows to general ledger.
  • Generates monthly revenue reports for all virtual stores
  • Daily and monthly reconciliation of allocated retails stores bank account to general ledger.
  • Confirmation of customer payments into banks on mail for processing of all B2B,B2C and virtual store transactions.
  • Ensuring collection of credits sales payments as at when due through the appropriate sales personnel.
  • Verifying, stamping and signing of sales order confirmation for inbounding process
  • Monitoring of virtual stores sales reports updated online by sales persons for confirming customer payments.
  • Processing of approved staff purchase forms of all staff.
  • Any other activity assigned to me by Head of Finance.

Knowledge / Experience
What specific knowledge/experience/qualifications are required for this role

Qualifications – Essential:

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy.
  • Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN)  (In-View)
  • Associate Accounting Technician, West Africa (AATWA)
  • Experienced in Risk and  Compliance/Internal Audit.

Knowledge (include Technical Knowledge):

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent (speaking and writing) communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation ability.
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Proficient in use of MS office suite (Word, Excel and powerpoint).
  • Proficient in use of Accounting softwares (Tally, Quickbook and Sage).
  • Proficient in use of ERP softwares (SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365).

Job Title: Travel Consultant

Location: Lagos

Job Objectives / A Brief Overview of the Role

  • In the travel consultant role, the job holder researches domestic and international places of interest.
  • You will book travel arrangements and develop new customers while maintaining existing ones.
  • Success in this position will be demonstrated by the effective execution of all your responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Book flight and other transportation arrangements as well as lodging and tours
  • Provide information about travel destinations and accommodations to customers
  • Communicate with vendors of travel-related products to get the best deals.
  • Market and sell holiday and other specialized tour packages.
  • The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

Purpose
A brief overview of the role:

  • Take complete charge of the retail business- people, place, inventory, performance

Key Duties

  • To effectively recruit, induct, lead, manage, train, and develop Retail Regional Managers, Retail Managers, and all staff to agreed procedures and standards.
  • To ensure the effective management of all retail staff s and to ensure adequate staffing levels throughout the business.
  • To give support to staff so they have the opportunity to develop their skills in the role and to achieve growth in sales.
  • To ensure that all performance issues, SLAs are addressed in an appropriate and timely manner e.g Ambience, Punctuality, Stock Level, Store Opening schedule, Customer Experience, Etiquette etc.
  • To effectively communicate with the Retail team cascading information as relevant. To represent the trading business and communicate externally as required.
  • To promote a customer care approach within the retail business, investigating complaints or issues of poor customer care, both timely and efficiently.
  • To take responsibility for self-development as well as subordinates.
  • To grow sales profit, and to motivate staff to achieve this same goal at 100% sales target.
  • To ensure all shops are efficiently and effectively managed, visiting them regularly, and monitoring their compliance with policy, procedure and standards.
  • To collate information and other statistical reports on shops’ progress, or action planning as required, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all aspects of administration, following up issues of discrepancies as required.
  • Prepare and send Monthly sales and store value reports.
  • Ensure the Monthly MPR (Monthly Performance Review) happens first 5 days of every new month.
  • Ensure WCR (Working Capital Requirement) is maintained
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and agency fees.

  • B.Sc in Marketing, Business, retail merchandising or a similar field of study. An MBA is an added advantage

  • Corporate Sales Executives are the face of the company. Responsible for interacting with customers and potential clients, presenting their company’s products or services, onboarding and retaining corporate clients, and closing deals.

Job Duties

  • A Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales and all sales operations in the region.
  • The regional sales manager provides ongoing support to distribute product and provide service.
  • Additionally, the regional sales manager manages a sales team in the specified area.
  • Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
  • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques.
