We are recruiting suitable canddiates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRSs and GAAPs
  • Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Management Reports
  • Posting of transactions into the Accounting Software
  • Handle banking transactions and carry out weekly/monthly reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Preparation and maintenance of the Company’s Fixed asset register
  • Have a sound working knowledge of the Nigerian Tax system and handle all statutory remittances for the Company e.g., PAYE, WHT & VAT
  • Assist in Providing Information to the Auditors for annual/Interim Audits.
  • Preparation of annual budgets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related discipline.
  • 2 – 3 years of hands-on, post-NYSC work experience in accounting
  • ACCA, ICAN Certification OR Final Level student of either ACCA/ICAN
  • Experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues.

Required Skills:

  • Very strong analytical and numeric skills
  • Intermediate to an advanced working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Proactive and requires limited supervision.
  • Good Presentation skills.

 

Job Title: Project Architect

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • The Employee’s principal duties as Project Architect will be to oversee all aspects of design and construction process works required for the Group’s development projects, from inception to completion as may be required under the strategic guidance of the Head of Property Development Unit and in full compliance with the will of the Group’s Board (the Board).
  • His responsibilities shall therefore include but not be limited to the following and as may from time to time be modified to meet the needs of our client’s business:

Responsibilities

  • Create project schematics, site plans, elevations, sections, 3D rendering and architectural details for the Company’s various projects using the relevant software.
  • Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, including directing the design team, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving design changes.
  • Create architectural designs and develop alternative solutions and presentation graphics required to communicate concepts to the potential clients/consultants or for management’s approval.
  • Make timely changes and revisions to project drawings
  • Streamline and monitor the various project design processes from conceptual design through to overall completion of projects
  • Collaborate with clients and external consultants for technical details and completion of construction drawings.
  • Develop project specifications from master specifications.

Qualifications

  • A Degree in Architecture, licensed to practice Architecture in Nigeria
  • 5 years’ work experience in an Architectural firm spanning all aspects of design and construction projects.

 

Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Telephony / Telecom)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Experience with project management software tools.
  • Familiar with mobile carrier SLA to be delivered within the project.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
