Job Purpose

  • The position manages and provides overall guidance to the state implementation team on HIV/AIDS care and treatment programs.
  • The incumbent is part of the senior management team in a decentralized management structure and forms part of the strategic team that directs the operations of the organization. S/he will provide support to and coordination of the work of the regional and satellite offices.
  • The successful candidate will lead program planning, design, review and the monitoring of the program implemented at the field level.
  • The position will directly manage the state technical team at the state central office and commands. H/She will work with the central office managers to establish a program management capacity development plan to assist with program planning, design, review and monitoring of program progress.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide overall supervision for all field office technical staff.
  • Serves as the point of contact with government officials and coordinate and collaborate with all public sector and NGO partners in the focal states.
  • With the assistance of the central office staff, monitor all intervention strategies to ensure that they meet administrative, financial and programmatic goals.
  • Coordinate all capacity building activities for partners at the field level.
  • Review reports (programmatic and financial) submitted by all collaborating partners at the field office level and forward same to the central office.
  • Primarily responsible for coordinating and overseeing all financial and administrative activities at the field office including supervision of finance/admin staff.
  • Undertake regular monitoring visits to project sites as necessary.
  • Coordinate the effective implementation of services under the sub-contract agreements with the supported facilities and community-based organizations.
  • Manage communications with all other stakeholders, including development partners, civil society, and other relevant groups.
  • Develop performance plans and evaluations of employees, including subordinate supervisors as well as review evaluations to assure equity of individual employee performance objectives, standards and ratings among lower-level staff/groups.
  • Assist in the coordination of IEC materials development and production for implementing agencies in the focal states.
  • Assist with individual and site work planning and state strategic planning,
  • Foster a productive working relationship between the organization and partner facilities
  • Maintaining an excellent working relationship with counterparts at State and Local levels, USG implementing partners, and local groups/organization
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Interim Executive Director or designee.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Public Health, Management, Sciences or Behavioral Sciences, with at least 7-9 years working experience in managing programs at the community level, a Bachelor’s degree with additional experience will be considered.
  • At least 5 years’ experience with HIV/AIDS program planning and implementation at the community level working with public and NGO sectors required
  • Supervisory experience in health program management with at least five years of experience working in health care system in Nigeria
  • Experience working in collaboration with local Governmental partners, U.S. Government or bilateral donors preferred
  • Clinical experience in HIV/AIDS care and antiretroviral treatment is an added advantage
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Exhibits a positive and professional demeanor in and outside of the workplace that exemplifies and furthers the mission, vision and values of the program; and does not compromise ethics or integrity or undertake legal risks while pursuing program goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively with program staff and stakeholders across organizational boundaries;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to be able to accept and discharge substantial responsibilities, to prioritize work assignments, to meet deadlines, and to exercise professional judgment.

Job Title: Factory Planner

Location: Flowergate Factory, Sagamu – Ogun
Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

  • We are currently looking for a Factory Planner to consistently provide short-term/finite capacity-constrained production plans with feasible and realistic sequenced materials in accordance with the availability of resources (production lines/labor) and materials.

Responsibilities
A day in the life of a Factory Planner:

  • Creating feasible production plans within the Detailed Production Scheduling (DPS) period that meet the market demand, taking into consideration available capacity, labor, materials, inventory policy and product family sequencing; thereby optimizing the factory’s ability to produce the SKUs within the families.
  • Identification of possible opportunities and practical issues (plant shutdowns, timing of promotion activity, etcetera) within the DPS period.
  • Providing advance information on labor and resource requirements within the DPS period.
  • Providing daily production and material status updates for management decision.

Requirements
What Will Make You Successful?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, preferably in a Mathematical or Statistically related course of study.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant hands-on experience in at least one of the following Supply Chain functions – Demand and Supply Planning, Detailed Production Scheduling system, Distribution Requirement Planning, Raw & Packaging Material Requirement Planning, etcetera.
  • Excellent proficiency level in the use of Microsoft Office tools. Working knowledge of Power BI and SAP is added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical aptitude.
  • Basic understanding of LEAN principles, Just-In-Time manufacturing, Kaizen and Supply Chain KPIs.
  • Adaptability, Quick learner and Innovation.
  • Eye for Detail, Multi-tasking ability and Service Orientation.

Job Title: Field Sales Manager

A day in a Life……

  • Achievement of Sellout Target: Monitors and achieves the MoM Sell In and Sell Out targets of the Branch (both for customers in NIM, RTMS, and in dedicated channels of NP) as well as ensures targets are achieved in the focus channels (Bukas, HoReCa, Education (schools with boarding facilities), Institutions with catering facilities, MYOWBU, etc.).
  • Business Development: Recruits agreed number of BSP – MYOWBU, Vending Operators and supervises all MYOWBU operators and attendants to ensure Productivity, reviews and closes gaps. Drive coverage of mapped universe of NP dedicated channels  –  Bukas, HoReCa, Education (Schools with boarding facilities) and institutions with catering facilities.
  • QA of Vending Sites: Ensure all Vending Sites adhere to Nestlé’s stipulated QA Guidelines.
  • Channel Development: Implements Channel promotional activities for all NP Points of Consumption as well as Relay Points and ensure prompt and accurate reporting.
  • Stock Replenishment: Supports the NP Category Managers by providing feedback on customer stock requirements and usage/depletion evolution.
  • Coaching Activities: Conducts field coaching and trade visits in the NP channels with 3rd party sales force / Supervisors to ensure flawless execution of our field sales plans.
  • Other Operational Activities: Participate in the Branch and NP Operational Review Meetings, track channel and distributor performance with clear analysis on sell-out activities and impact on branch performance and competition activities and report same to Branch Manager and NP Manager.

What Will Make You Successful?
To be successful in this position you must have

  • University Degree or HND in any Discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Sales experience with demonstrated ability to lead people and capacity to understand all Sales functions.
