Job Title: Field Marketing Officer

Locations: Enugu, Kaduna, Lagos, Oyo, Plateau & Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Field Marketing officer is responsible for the onboarding of the customers and the merchants.

Responsibilities

  • Door to door marketing of POS terminal, bank accounts, payment gateway and online market place to offline merchants
  • Oversee and manage the day to day sales ctivities Agents and Aggregators, Key Accounts and the merchants
  • Execute the sales strategies for in-store and merchants
  • Execute the sales strategies for Agents and Aggregators
  • Execute the sales strategies for Key Accounts and Governments
  • Execute the sales strategies for Private and Consumers
  • Execute the sales strategies for Web POS and ecommerce checkout
  • Perform acquisition of consumer and business customers.
  • Identify, form and execute strong partnerships with key potential partners,
  • ambassadors, service providers, strategic alliance etc.
  • Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress against targets and
  • take appropriate action to ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Provide sales performance and other business intelligence data to support decision
  • making
  • Maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, development partners and other stakeholders for the advancement of business objectives

Requirements

  • B.Sc / First Degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in Fintech or Banking
  • Sound knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Familiar with current Agency Banking guidelines
  • Excellent multicultural awareness and management skills,
  • Good communication and inter personal skills
  • High degree of team building and supervisory skills
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT etc).

Compensation
N50,000 (Net) Monthly and other attactive benefits.

  • Monitor sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recruit, train, and manage Sales team, Super Agents and Aggregators to expand our distribution network.
  • Identify, form and execute strong partnerships with key potential partners, ambassadors, service providers, strategic alliance etc.
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to leverage synergies and enhance business growth.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive growth.
  • Oversee the TeleSales team and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide market insights and feedback for product/service enhancements.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote our brand.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years experience with a successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the fintech industry.

Skills Sets:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills

Salary
N400,000 – N600,000 monthly.
