Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
• This role is a unique blend of sales management, retail marketing, and overall marketing strategy.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, and managing a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Management:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the business.
• Manage, train, and mentor a sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee the relationship with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and trends to inform strategic decisions and future sales initiatives.

Retail Marketing:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns targeted towards our retail customers.
• Manage in-store promotions and displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure the products are presented in a way that stimulates customers to make purchases.
• Leverage customer insights to inform retail marketing strategies and tactics.

Marketing Management:

• Lead the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy for the business.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities deliver a strong return on investment.
• Collaborate with the product team to develop effective marketing strategies for new and existing products.
• Oversee the company’s presence on digital and traditional marketing channels.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. An MBA would be a plus.
• Proven experience in sales management, retail marketing, and marketing management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior and retail marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and project management abilities.
