Who can Apply for HESLGB
- A Needy Malawian Students who have been selected to pursue or are pursuing accredited generic degree programs at a public/ private accredited University/ College
- Students in the 1st year of study pursuing accredited ODeL degree programs at a public/private accredited University/College

- Register
- Create Account
- Verify email address
- Create Profile – Till it reaches 100 percent
- Upload documents – National ID MSCE( For PVT Institutions ) Bank Deposit slips
- Submit Loan application – You will receive a confirmation email
