We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Collection Agent
Location: Aleshinloye, Ibadan – Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday in a month
Responsibilities
- A Collection Agents’ primary duty is to communicate with customers, usually by telephone and Whatsapp, to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payment on debts.
- To speak with them persuasively.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, HND or B.Sc Degree qualification.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Flexibility in handling computer (Computer literate).
- Excellent communication skills.
Remuneration
- N45,000 Monthly with a high performance bonus
- Other benefits: HMO, Pension and other allowances.
