We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Purpose

• The purpose of this role is to facilitate the execution of best practice financial processes management within the Organization.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all financial management across the business operation.
• Provide financial analysis to the management to inform business decision making and develop financial models around business propositions.
• Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
• Develop and improve secure procedures to maintain confidential information.
• Consult board members about funding options and recommend cost-reducing solutions.
• Review and advise the Management on budget, make financial decisions, and allocate resources in accordance with an organization’s policies and procedures.
• Manage the monthly and yearly financial statements and budgets, including monthly and quarterly forecasting and variance analysis.
• Monitor the financial health of properties to ensure profitability and compliance with budget targets
• Corporate with Management with regards to Health & Safety Welfare.
• Lead financial meetings
• Complete financial accounting and forecasting
• Deliver reports and metrics to leadership

Qualifications

• First Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance or Social Science or any related discipline from a reputable university
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role
• Professional certification like ICN, CPA is a must.
