Job Title: Digital Marketer (Hybrid)

Job Summary

  • As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the company’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns.
  • You will be involved in carrying out marketing research, strategizing, and creating content for successful online sales campaigns to enhance revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing and display advertising campaigns in order to generate leads for revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement content strategies for all products and services for marketing purposes.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the website and other marketing tools reach its target audience easily.
  • Effectively create and manage the budget for running ads on all social media platforms
  • Track, analyze and report the performance of ads based on predefined targets.

Job Requirements

Job Title: Field Sales Agent

Job Summary

  • As a field sales agent at Feegor, you will be saddled with the responsibility of maximising sales opportuninties, generate new leads, follow-up on leads and build healthy customer relationship.
  • You will be required to work on target locations on daily basis for the purpose of revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies and close sales deals to achieve revenue growth and business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s reach
  • Daily leads generation to improve business clientele
  • Build and maintain strong long term relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and develop action-taken sales presentation to potential clients, negotiate pricing and terms and conditions of sales to customers.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc Degree with 3+ years relevant work experience.
  • Result-oriented mindsets with a focus to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Job Title: Team Lead, Commercial Operations (Hybrid)

Job Summary

  • The main responsibility of this role is to actively generate revenue by identifying and retaining customers for the business.
  • As the Commercial Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and implemneting the Feegor’s commercial strategy to generate new leads, negotiate and close sales with customers, and assist in managing a team of field and online sales agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales, generating revenue and improving clientele.
  • Oversee the activities of the sales team by ensuring daily, weekly and monthly sales target are met.
  • Monitor and implement strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction, service levels and performance in all business operations.
  • Manage budget for the Feegor’s commercial operations by ensuring allocated funds are used judiciously for the purpose in which they serve.
  • Reporting on various leads and meetings held with customers, finding a way forward on onboarding high end customers and initiate plans for expected monthly volumes.

Job Title: Social Media Executive (Hybrid)

Job Summary

  • As a Social Media Executive, you will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies that increase our brand awareness across all social media platforms with the sole aim of generating sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and post content daily across all our social media platforms.
  • Respond to customers’ enquiries across all social media platforms and ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers and enhance engagements on the company’s Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn pages.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly social media calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience whilst ensuring the needs of our customers are satisfied at all times.
  • He/She Presents, promotes, and sells the company’s products/services to existing and prospective customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer queries and assist in resolving customers’ issues by calls, chats, emails and/or social media platforms.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and generate customer feedback and testimonials.
  • Generate sales leads, cross-sell and upsell customers on goods and services
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication via various channels.
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
