1.) Front Desk Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Front Desk Officer undertakes all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of the main entrance.
  • You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression that will be made.

Responsibilities

 

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.).

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.

2.) Spa Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • A Spa Manager oversees a spa facility and spa treatments.
  • Spa Manager responsibilities include overseeing spa operations, ensuring outstanding guest service, and directing spa staff. Most Spa Managers report to an Associate Spa Director or Spa Owner.

Job Description

  • The Spa Manager will oversee all aspects of the spa. In this position, you will hire and train staff members, delegate tasks to staff, and set schedules.
  • You must make sure you have staff for every position, including reception, a masseuse, and a skincare specialist.
  • You will also be responsible for the performance of the spa, so you must develop marketing campaigns, whether through advertizing campaigns or social media posts.
  • Our ideal applicant should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration and several years of experience in cosmetology or spa management.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Hire and train employees
  • Fill any non-specialised roles when employees are absent
  • Create a weekly staff schedule
  • Oversee marketing and customer relationship management initiatives
  • Ensure you comply with all employment laws and safety regulations.

Qualifications

N150,000 – N170,000 Monthly.

3.) Spa Therapist

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Spa therapists improve their clients’ health and comfort by massaging the sore, tense, and injured areas of their bodies.
  • They communicate with clients to pinpoint which areas are in need of attention, determine the source of discomfort, and choose the best massage techniques to apply to the situation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Massage soft body tissues to relieve discomfort and provide treatment for injuries, wellness maintenance or medical conditions.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for individual clients that specify massage types, treatment areas and treatment frequency.
  • Consult with chiropractors, physiotherapists, psychologists, physicians and other healthcare professionals for help with treatment plan development.
  • Propose final treatment plans to clients and implement them only after client acceptance and agreement.
  • Apply pressure to specific parts of the body with the hands and fingers to release muscle tension and bring relief from related symptoms.
  • Discuss client concerns, medical histories and specific stresses or pains to develop the most effective approach to massage treatment.
  • Refer clients to other professionals and therapists when appropriate and necessary to treat additional symptoms.
  • Prepare oil blends for clients’ skin and perform other treatment techniques and therapies in addition to massage.

Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:

  • Hold a professional massage therapy license.
  • 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.
  • Adhere to all current regulations and laws related to massage therapy.
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred:

  • Commitment to receiving continuing education.
  • Customer service experience.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
