Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and basic HR support to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of operational strategies.
  • Assist in project management and coordination.
  • Help prepare and analyze operational reports.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects and assignments.
  • Support basic HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities.
  • Assist in facilitating internal communication and employee engagement.
  • Handle basic employee relations matters.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Must have 2-5 years experience
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant to senior management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HR processes and basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the CEO and the organization effectively.

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 / Month.

 

Job Title: Brand and Communication Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • A Brand Communications Manager is generally responsible for leading the brand communications team in continually enhancing a particular brand image; increasing brand awareness, and providing after-sales support through advertisements, media, point-of sale, partnerships, and relationship marketing.
  • For starting companies, Brand Communications Managers may also be responsible for developing a strong brand name and image.
  • Ensuring all team members provide high quality customer service
  • Ensure you monitor the delivery of the brand direction and recommending areas of improvement.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing a long-term communication strategy,
  • Ensure you produce a yearly commercial calendar plan,
  • Ensure you liaise with the marketing manager about marketing related issues
  • Acts as the brand’s spokesperson with media relations.
  • Ensure you provide strategic input and direction for the brand.
  • Ensure you develop style guides, templates, and other materials.
  • Ensure you develop non-campaign brands while keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind.
  • Ensure you advise internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand.
  • Ensure you formulates and implements public relations strategies.
  • Ensure you select and manages communications with external agencies
  • Ensure you develop media marketing strategies and other non-campaign activities.
  • And any other task as maybe assigned to you.

Education and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Must have 2-5 years work experience.
  • Relevant certifications or courses in brand management, advertising, digital marketing, or strategic communications can be advantageous.

Other Requirements
Brand Management Expertise:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and the ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights to shape brand positioning.
  • Familiarity with brand identity development, including logo design, brand guidelines, and visual communication elements.

Communication Strategy and Execution:

  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop comprehensive communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling brand narratives and messages for various target audiences across different channels (e.g., traditional, digital, social media).
  • Experience in managing external communications, media relations, and crisis communication situations.

Digital Marketing and Social Media:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in social media management, leveraging social platforms to drive brand engagement, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools to track and evaluate the performance of digital marketing efforts.

Project and Team Management:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with creative agencies, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively manage budgets and allocate resources for brand and communication initiatives.

Analytical and Reporting Skills:

  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing and communication data to measure the impact of brand campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in preparing reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate brand messages clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, media contacts, and key stakeholders.

Creativity and Innovation:

  • A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative brand and communication strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing and communication techniques to bring fresh ideas to the organization.

Industry Knowledge:

  • A solid understanding of the industry or market in which the organization operates, including competitor analysis and market dynamics.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
