Winners International Academy is a co-educational centre of learning situated in the heart of Bayelsa State, Nigeria. Winner International Academy started in the year 1998 purely as a private sector with Nursery and Primary School.However, in 2002 secondary school was incorporated into the school framework. Winners International Academy has beenaccredited by WAEC and NECO for Senior School Certificate Examination since 2008. Currently the school is operating crèche/day care, Nursery, Primary and Secondary Sections with a boarding facilities.

4.) Guidance and Counselling
5.) CRS Teacher
6.) Primary School Teacher

General Qualifications
- The Principal must possess B.Ed in English or B.A in English, PGDE, M.A or M.Ed possession will be of an advantage.
- Others include; B.A or B.Ed for the English Teacher, B.A for the CRS and Guidance and Counselling Teacher and B.Sc for the Home Economics Teacher
- The Principal and Classroom Teachers must be of high moral standard, God-fearing, passionate, innovative and goal-oriented in nature.
Experience:
- 5-10 years cognate experience in heading reputable private schools (Principal) and 5-10 years experience as classroom teachers.
Remuneration
Salary is very attractive with other benefits such as staff quarters and one time meal per day.
