Qualifications and Experience
Candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • Ph.D in either Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Engineering obtained from recognized universities, with specialization in Automation, Electronic and Computer, Robotics Control and Instrumentation.
  • Evidence of registration with COREN.
  • At least not less than three (3) years of teaching and research experience at Lecturer I position in a university or comparable institution of higher learning
  • Evidence of on-going research and scholarly publications in reputable journal.
  • Must have administrative and professional experience in relevant field.
  • Evidence of computer literacy/proficiency.

Salary and Conditions of Services
Bowen University runs a unique remuneration package, which is similar to what obtains in other tertiary institutions. The University is a fully residential institution. Consequently, it is mandatory for the staff of the University to be resident within Iwo or Ogbomoso, as may be applicable.
