Job Title: Logistics Officer & Customer Service Representative
Location: Iyana-Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Description
- Process customer requests, and collections and keep updated customer records
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails
- Escalate all exceptions for resolution
- Manage and track items sent on a daily basis.
- Ensuring the team (Drivers, Riders, loaders) in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaising and negotiating with customers and partners;
- The goal is to manage the entire cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in relevant fields with 2 – 3 years work experience.
Salary
N65,000 – N80,000 monthly.
