Job Description
- Our company is seeking to hire an operations manager to join our team.
- You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of one of our organization’s lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Operations Manager is to be responsible for the following:
- Floor Management inclusive of:
- Entertainment
- Events
- Floor sales
- Customer Service offline – Waiters and Waitresses, Runners, Hygiene, Maintenance, etc
- Staff training and development
- Achieving sales target
- Stock budgeting
- Requisition monitoring and Audit based on sales trends.
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Work with the Admin Panel to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Support worker communication with the management team.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Operations Management or related field with 7+ years relevant work experience.
- Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of financial management.
