Job Title: Partnership Manager
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new partners
- Engagement with potential partners to derive strategic partnerships for the organization.
- Increase partnership relationships on all our key business units and needs.
- Commercials negotiations with existing and new Partners to support the business goal of optimizing profit.
- Manage relationships with existing partners, and develop strategies to improve business revenue.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Statistics, Finance, and Economics is preferred;
- 5 years or more experience in partnership with a FINTECH preferably or a commercial bank.
- Relationship Management experience.
