We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Partnership Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new partners
  • Engagement with potential partners to derive strategic partnerships for the organization.
  • Increase partnership relationships on all our key business units and needs.
  • Commercials negotiations with existing and new Partners to support the business goal of optimizing profit.
  • Manage relationships with existing partners, and develop strategies to improve business revenue.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Statistics, Finance, and Economics is preferred;
  • 5 years or more experience in partnership with a FINTECH preferably or a commercial bank.
  • Relationship Management experience.
