Job Title: B2B Sales Manager

Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Head, B2B Sales
Hours: 40 hours weekly

Job Summary

  • Our company is looking for a B2B Sales Manager, to focus on the Banking and IT Systems Integrator Segment.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals and have a good network of clients in the industry.
  • This candidate should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating key client relationships.
  • Responsibilities will include, meeting with and bringing customers who are looking for power solutions for their businesses, providing customers with information about company power solutions, as well as executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Generating Leads for Power Solutions
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans to target specific industries.
  • Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential and existing B2B clients.
  • Lead the identification of new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand the company’s presence.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations on company power solutions tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any Science, Social Science field with 4 – 6 years relevant work experience.
  • Sales Experience in IT sales/AVR UPS Sales would be an added advantage.

Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills.
  • Great networking skills
  • Technical Know-How
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and MS Office Suite.
