We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Creates contents for all social media handles.
  • Engages clients on phone and email conversations.
  • Administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to details and ability to multitask.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles can be a plus, but many entry-level positions are available for those without prior experience.

Salary
N70,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
