Job Description
- We are currently seeking smart and intelligent individuals with HND/BSC certification who reside within the Yaba, Ojuelegba, Fadeyi or Surulere axis for the Customer Service / Sales Representative position.
- The ability to work unassisted on a computer is a MUST!
- This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking to start a career in customer service, Data entry or sales.
Responsibilities
- Attending to customer inquiries
- Entering Invoices and processing orders with the computer
- Preparing customer ordersfor dispatch and delivery
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Completing any other tasks as assigned, from time to time.
Qualifications
- OND / HND / BSc certification
- 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a really busy retail environment
- Proficiency with the usage of a computer is necessary
- Strong attention to detail.
Salary
N50,000 – N65,000 Monthly (depending on experience).
