Sunrise Supermarket and Pharmacy is a subsidiary of Bond Group of Companies situated in Ibadan, Oyo State with business interest in supermarket, pharmacy, eatery and arcade.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Experienced Arcade Manager
Location: Ring Road – Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary of Responsibilities
- To develop effective marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue for the Arcade.
- Ensure all games are properly maintained and working perfectly at all times.
- Drive all the subordinates to provide exceptional customer service.
- Forecast and track revenue on weekly or monthly basis.
- Monitor customers’ consciousness to hygiene guidelines in the arcade.
- Ensure maximum safe and secure environment for the customers and staff.
- Report any suspicious customers/persons to the security agencies for necessary action.
- Ensure stocks or supplies of materials are provided as at when needed e.t.c
Academic Qualification and Skills
- ND / B.Sc in Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity.
- Business acumen and ability to forecast sales trends.
- Ability to explain operations of the arcade to customers’ effectively.
- Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.
- Attention to details and sociable personality.
- Ability to make a well informed presentation on the activities of the business.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
