Job Title: HR / Admin Officer

Location: Edo
Grade Level: CONHESS 07

Role Description

  • Maintain employment related data, files, and postings
  • Supports and oversees the employee performance evaluation process, ensuring its consistent utilization and application
  • Ensure timely collection of monthly timesheets, leave database and ensuring the timely submission and approval of leave forms
  • Raises HR-related issues with senior management in a proactive matter and identify practical solutions and appropriate action plans Serve as the point of contact for timekeeping, time-off, payroll, benefit, and related inquiries
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns, and provide support and guidance throughout their visit
  • Support office management activities as needed

Qualifications
Candidates for the post must possess the required qualifications, experience and skills specified below:

  • B.Sc / HND in Management, Social Sciences or Humanities
  • 1 year post NYSC cognate experience
  • Not more than 35 years of age

Key Requirements / Attributes:

  • Relevant educational background and qualifications in healthcare or related fields
  • Knowledge of Civil/Public Service Rules
  • Basic skills and use of ICT tools
  • Valid and up-to-date licensure or registration with the appropriate regulatory body or council
  • Strong verbal & written communication abilities and interpersonal skills Knowledge of primary healthcare delivery and commitment to promoting preventive and community-based healthcare.
