1.) General Manager (Family Club)

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking the services of a highly competent General Manager that will act in the capacity of an Adminstrator for the day to day running of the club.
  • A previous expereince in a similar role or a 5 star hospitality with heavy foot fall is a primary requirement.
  • A standard background check will be conducted so the candidate must be very detailed, highly exposed and must be able to engage freely with High Networth Individuals

Job Description

 

  • Maintain complete and accurate Membership correspondence and database.
  • Provide administrative support for all Members of the Executive Committee of the Club in ensuring the smooth running of the organization.
  • Organizing, execution and coordination of Members events at the Club.
  • Transcribing Minutes of Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings. Monitoring and evaluating workers and work procedures to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Performing personnel functions, providing and organizing employee orientation, onboarding and trainings.
  • Organizing and execution of Club events
  • Assigning duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements.
  • Liaise with government agencies (NESREA, NSITF, Ministry of Health i.e. State and Local Government) to ensure the organization is in compliance with requirement and implement the suggestions of the agencies (if any). Following up with Members to ensure they maintain a credit balance all year round.
  • Oversee the functions of the facility management company to ensure timely and excellent service delivery.
  • Assist the Club Manager as may be directed. Any other duties that may be assigned by the management.

Salary Range
N400,000 – N500,000 / month

2.) Bus Terminal Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and managing the operations of the station. Directs every transport activity within the station.
  • Ensures compliance with safety standards, governmental and industry regulations, company policies and other best practice measures.
  • Manages correspondence with all stakeholders including customers and transport authorities.

Essential Job Function

  • Sets up operational parameters and modalities for both passenger and cargo
  • Delivers high level of Customer service and ensures every station staff imbibes the culture of excellent customer service,
  • Collates and effectively use data on customer behavior, pattern, trend etc to make informed customer developmental decisionsDevelops and implement transportation policies,
  •  Liaises with and maintains excellent working relationships with transport authorities (LASTMA, VIO, FRSC, Police etc.),
  • Investigates and resolves customer complaints and challenges,
  •  Develop and implement plans that would impact the company’s bottom line,
  • Develops various productivity processes and closely monitors, analyzes and reports result of fleet operational excellence,
  • Manages and drives day-to-day process flow of all fleet operations with focus on excellent execution of Standard Operating procedures to ensure growth through customer satisfaction,
  • Directs and manages the preventive, routine maintenance and corrective  repairs of the fleet to avoid business disruption,
  • Ensures availability of vehicles needed for operations and keep vehicle downtime at less than 5% efficiency rate,
  •  Keeps abreast of government regulations as it relates to the transport sector,

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation and Logistics Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or any related field from a reputable university;
  • Master’s Degree or professional qualification in Transport and Logistics Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management or any related field will be an added advantage.

Salary Range
N200,000 – N300,000 / month

3.) School Internal Control Manager

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • The Internal Auditor will be objective, be willing to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
  • The successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures, be financially savvy and possess sound judgement.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
  • Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
  • Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
  • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
  • Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

  • Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.
