1.) Storekeeper

Job Location: Lagos
Level: 2 Technician -12 month conract

Job Purpose

  • To be responsible for assisting senior store man.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure receiving of materials, offloading, counting and proper arrangement for easy accessibility and traceability.
  • Document and updating of materials receipts, issues on Opticon (Raising of MRN &GRN respectively).
  • Ensure inventory and stock report is done regularly and the report is circulated to the stakeholders.
  • Ensure loading of materials to respective sites as per the requisition upon approval by your supervisor.
  • Ensure and maintain high standard of health and safety at work place.
  • Any other duty/task that may be assigned from time to time

OHS Responsibilities

 

  • Perform work safely to protect yourself and others from harm
  • Follow health and safety procedures, including wearing of personal protective equipment, obeying the safety signs and other related policies
  • Inform your Supervisor/HSE Representatives/HSE Officer or QHSE Manager about any workplace injury, illnesses, incidents (near misses and accidents)
  • Not intentionally tampering or misuse equipment, devices or other means provided by the organization that is used to keep the workplace safe and healthy
  • Report all identified defects and potential hazards in the workplace
  • Be familiar with the emergency and evacuation procedures and the location of the emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kit, etc.) in order to be able to protect themselves in the event of emergency.

Goss Salary

  • N90,000 monthly.

2.) Mechanical Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Level: 3
Contract: 12 Month

Job Purpose

  • To design Mechanical installations, prepare workshop and As – built drawings as well as operational and maintenance manuals.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • In addition to being able to excellent perform the duties of a level 2 Mechanical Engineer;

He/she can carry out the following:

  • Good interface with building contractors and other sub-contractors on site.
  • Report changes, variations and site instructions to the project manager.
  • Carry out short-term planning for procurement and raise procurement requests to the P&L department.
  • Good supervision of site workers to achieve work plan.
  • Good assigning of tasks to site employees
  • Read drawings, set out systems, and interprets drawings to workers.
  • Supervise mechanical installations.
  • Prepare material take-off drawings.
  • Prepare technical and progress reports.
  • Attend meetings (technical & coordination) and issue minutes.
  • Prepare shop drawings.
  • Prepare the project works to schedule

OHS Responsibilities:

  • Drive conformance with health & safety rules within your teams

  • Inform your Supervisor/HSE representative/HSE Officer or QHSE Manager of any observed workplace injury, illness and incidents.

  • Follow health and safety procedures, including wearing of personal protective equipment, obeying safety signs and safely using work tools
  • Not tampering with or misusing safety equipment, devices or any other company property

  • Participate in the incident investigation (if required)

3.) Electrical Engineer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months
Level: 1

Job Purpose

  • Preparation of workshop drawings as well as guided execution on site.

Duties & Responsibilities
In addition to being able to perform the duties of a trainee Engineer carries out the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in Preparation of workshop drawings.
  • Submits site reports, inspection requests etc. on regular basis.
  • Provide engineering support to site workers.
  • Filing of workshop drawings and documentation.
  • Assist with implementation and monitoring of electrical related work on site.
  • Interpretation and guided execution of workshop drawings.
  • Assist in ensuring that all work is done in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications and all applicable standards.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Location: Lagos

Duration: 12 months
Level: 1 Assistant
Reports To: Senior Assistant

Job Purpose

  • Assist in all procurement, logistics & warehouse processes, structures and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities
In addition to normal office routine duties (weekly/ monthly reports), the person is supposed
to be engaged specially to:

  • Assist Snr-log-assistant for inventory and stock records.
  • Assist Supply Chain Manager on Importation and Logistics duties.
