Pixels as an organization came into existence at a time when Digital Photography was barely introduced or even acknowledged. The need for instant pictures with excellent quality needed to be satisfied.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead Client Executive

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Proactive Customer Strategies:

  • Defining the future environment on an on-going basis on the principles around the right process for customer management in the business.
  • Developing and delivering strategies to deliver that future – including all the various inter-dependencies that occur as a result.
  • Developing strategies to making the customer as the central and most focal point of the Pixels – now and in the future.
  • Developing the thinking on how to integrate and infuse the ‘Winning with the Customer’ as a way of life into direct reports and across the organisation.

Proactive Customer Management:

  • Developing the processes, standards and principles on how customer-facing employees will manage walk-in, electronic and prospecting customers.
  • Continuously reduce, with the aim of keeping at minimum of 0.5% of total customers, the incidences with customers indicating poor and deplorable service that may bring disrepute to the organisation.
  • Developing the right analysis and insights into what customers are asking for, what customers need and what they will pay premium for. These insights will also be provided regularly to the Marketing Team as they design the right products and prospects
  • Take the lead on designing expansive products and packages in the organisation and for customers.
  • Create different customer retention strategies to ensure that 98% of the both current and future customers are not lost to competition.
  • Define a standard loyalty scheme for customers, backed up by technology and instituted into the business.
  • Equip all Customer Experience Executives with the capacity to manage customer issues/concerns 100% and be the first point of escalation in cases that prove difficult.

Event Management:

  • Take full responsibility for managing ALL events that have been prospected by the
  • Marketing Team or from upselling.
  • Develop a 360 degrees, best-in-class, process and procedure for the management of events from end to end in the least cost way possible.
  • Directly take charge for all outputs from events, regardless of size and value, and defining the minimum standards for all outputs.
  • Responsible for consistently driving the upskilling of employees in the Events Unit with the sole aim of ensuring they imbibe the ‘Winning with the Customer’ mantra.
  • Focus on consistent research on events and pushing the event management process to meet up with international standards.
  • Drive for events contributing up to 75% of the total turnover in the business through the best in class delivery and supporting prospected clients from the Marketing Team

Studio Management:

  • Will be responsible for managing all outputs from the studio on a continuous basis
  • Responsible for ensuring the ambience and the presentation of the studios across the branches are in line with the Pixels standards.
  • Responsible for upskilling Photographers and Editors with the right skills to ensure our pictures have the right quality and better than competition.

People Management:

  • Responsible for all photographers, editors and Customer Experience Executives across the branches.
  • Responsibility will include agreeing performance objectives, talent development ideas, performance assessment and agreeing future moves for the individuals.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated sales and client management success
  • Thorough understanding of industry trends and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 / month.
