Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Locations: Shagamu and Ota Oju Ore – Ogun
Scope
- The main duty of the person in this position is to manage a KFC outlet as a profit centre ensuring customer satisfaction and profit maximization whilst adhering to the guidelines and policies of the company.
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in any discipline
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Managing/Leading a Restaurant.
- Experienced candidate who has worked in QSR at similar position.
Skills Requirements:
- Proven ability to drive financial performance.
- Must be Computer literate.
- Ability to supervise the work of others.
- Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
- Excellent team player and able to multi-task.
- Independent with strong leadership qualities.
