Job Summary

  • As the Sales Marketer and Drive Representative for Cashew Nut and Groundnut products, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our delectable offerings and driving sales growth.
  • Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and actively showcasing the benefits of our products to potential customers.
  • This role requires a combination of sales acumen and driving capabilities to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for cashew nut and groundnut products.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, distributors, and retailers within the designated territory.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their preferences and offering tailored product solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations to highlight the quality and nutritional value of our snacks.
  • Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotions to prospective customers.
  • Participate in trade shows, food exhibitions, and community events to elevate brand visibility and attract potential buyers.
  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport products and complete deliveries to clients in the assigned area.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, ensuring the safe handling of products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide valuable insights for product enhancements and market trends.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market observations to management.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc qualification.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the food industry.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and familiarity with driving company vehicles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent work style with effective time and task management abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of local markets, food retail landscape, and distributor networks in the assigned territory.
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, passionate about building relationships and promoting products.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
