Job Summary

  • We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team and work in partner retail stores.
  • As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling device financing solutions to customers within the retail environment.
  • Your primary goal will be to engage with customers, educate them about the benefits of device financing, and facilitate the application process.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with retail store staff to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively approach customers in partner retail stores and initiate conversations to understand their device financing needs.
  • Educate customers about the benefits and features of device financing, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Provide personalized assistance and guidance to customers throughout the application process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Effectively communicate the terms, conditions, and device financing requirements to customers.
  • Collaborate with retail store staff to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities. Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store staff, fostering a positive working environment and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the partner retail store’s products, services, and customer base to align device financing solutions accordingly.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s values and maintaining a professional image at all times. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and build customer loyalty.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to maximize sales and revenue generation within the partner retail store.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to influence customer decision-making and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and provide feedback and insights to improve sales effectiveness. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and application status in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights for management review. Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or consumer finance environment.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, collaborating effectively with retail store staff.
  • Basic knowledge of devices, technology, and financing concepts.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
