Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities and strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent Univacity at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven success in sales, preferably in the education or technology sectors.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
• Exceptional presentation and networking abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
