Job Summary
- As a Driver – Mechanic at Gonzaga Jesuit College, you will be a vital member of our operations, responsible for maintaining our fleet of vehicles and ensuring their safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain company vehicles with care, including routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct on-the-spot repairs and troubleshoot automotive issues.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with transportation needs, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the overall fleet’s reliability.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a driver mechanic or similar role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of automotive systems.
- Ability to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
