Job Title: Human Resources (HR) / Administrative Assistant

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Deliver reports or files to other departments
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  • Arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept up-to-date of necessary company news and information
  • Operating copy equipment, scanners, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary
  • Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department
  • Enter employment data into computer database
  • Track and update employee leaves of absence
  • Implementing company policies and ensuring employee compliance of same
  • Assist HR manager with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions
  • Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Help with daily time management
  • Run errands as requested
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
  • Liaison with all Sterling International Partners (SIPs)
  • Carry out other activities as may assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
